This Dalmeny holiday rental is a block up from the beach, just a walking distance to the beach, takeout, cafes & supermarket and has ocean views from its spacious living area and massive outdoor deck. Perfect for those family getaways, it's got a charming, beachy character that's fully equipped with modern touches inside for a spacious, relaxed feel.
Located 250m from the popular Dalmeny (or Brou) Beach, its views extend to Potato Point and mountain ranges. For active families, it's only a short 3-4 minute drive to the hugely popular Mountain Bike Trails, 5 minute drive to the netted, Narooma Bar Beach and boat ramp.

As soon as you walk in, you can feel at home and relax.
A standalone house with 3 rooms, it features two living areas upstairs and downstairs, plus a generous open dining area that flows onto the deck with BBQ and outdoor dining setting. It feels spacious, private and peaceful, with views of distant mountain ranges, Potato Point and Dalmeny (Brou) Beach just a block in front of the house.
The living areas each have smart TVs loaded with complimentary Netflix and all the major TV station apps preloaded, as well as fast Wifi with fibre to the premise NBN. A fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials, plus a coffee machine and breakfast nook overlooking the front garden.
Upstairs the main bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, the two other rooms with a double bunk bed (double lower, single upper) and queen bed - sleeping 7 in total (10 by mid year).

We know things can get messy when you're enjoying yourself, so there's a lovely bathtub to enjoy and all bathroom essentials included. There's also an outdoor wash station to get sand off feet, swimmers and beach items, as well as muddy things from your mountain biking adventures! Clean everyone up for going out or another day of action with a fully-equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board & clothes rack.
